Katie Spotz is an endurance athlete and an American adventurer who became the youngest person to row solo across the Atlantic Ocean. Her book, Just Keep Rowing, recounts her 70-day journey. In this conversation with Faith & Fitness Magazine she shares about her physical training, her faith in God, her run across Maine and her work with Lifewater International to bring fresh drinking water to those in need.
