Shawn Maves is a former Mr. Ontario (Heavyweight) bodybuilding champion. He occasionally appears as guest and co-host on Canada’s YES TV call in program ‘AT THE CROSS LIVE’. Shawn has been a guest a few times on Robbie Raugh’s ‘The Raw Truth’ radio program on WDCX 99.5 FM Buffalo-Toronto, Faith FM 99.9 London, Ontario and The Hawk 101.5 FM Hamilton. Shawn’s story appeared as the Faith & Fitness Magazine cover feature in the October/November 2017 issue. Shawn resides in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as an urban designer at Weston Consulting.
