Ideal for personal reflection, the ESV Psalms, Photography Edition showcases the magnificence of God’s creation and immerses readers in his Word.

PICTURES THAT TELL A STORYTELLER’S STORY

The incredible photography in this book was shot by photographer and filmmaker Tim Kellner based in New York. The photography included in this book contains images from multiple trips to Ireland. Each photo was chose to visually convey the content and themes of the psalm it is paired with.

He travels the world capturing images and sounds to create personal pieces of work and also work for commercial clients such as Google, Airbnb, Burberry, Lexus and WWF. His combination of skills allow him to create full photo/video projects by himself or play an individual role within a larger team. His work includes remote landscapes as well as people and urban life.

His work communicates the energy of connecting with others along with the flavor of destinations and culture explored (Paradise Lost) and the power of solitude in going solo (Winter Islands).

You can be a storyteller too. Tim uses a variety of high end professional equipment to take pictures and shoot video. However, today’s consumer technology makes it easier than ever before for the everyday person, YOU, to record images and sound with impressive quality and then combine those media elements with your own story that God gives you. And, while legally using a specific translation of the Bible like the ESV requires copyright permission, we encourage you to regularly read several versions of the Bible and then prayerfully compose your own unique and personal translation to use in your own story.
